Apostle Jesse Karanja
Apostle Dr. Jesse Karanja is a faithful servant of God and the visionary leader of Mizpah House of Prayer. He grew up in a home where prayer was the foundation, watching his mother live a life dedicated to seeking the Lord. This early example planted a deep seed of faith in his heart. Later, he committed himself to the Lord at the Full Gospel Churches of Kenya in Langalanga, Nakuru. There, he joined with other believers who walked together in faith, sharing a great zeal for the things of God.
Apostle Jesse has reached many great milestones in his calling of prophetic intercession. Mizpah Prayer Mountain stands as a pillar of this work, where intercessors stand in the gap 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to keep the fire of the altar burning according to the levitical mandate. This centre offers a conducive environment for prayer and fasting, with boarding facilities and serenity gardens for meditations.
His commitment to equipping the saints and the next generation is seen through his role as Director of various educational institutions. This includes the Mizpah Ambassador Schools—which offers ECD, Primary, and Junior School education for both day and boarding students—as well as the Mizpah Schools of Ministry and School of Prayer, where he serves as Principal Director to train, raise and commission prophetic Intercessory ambassadors.
To reach the ends of the earth, he leads a media ministry as the Director of Mizpah TV, a faith-based broadcasting station. This platform connects Mizpah to the world with the specific mission of spreading the fire from the altar of Mizpah.
Apostle Jesse also leads extensive missions both locally and in other nations to spread the Gospel and plant prayer altars. His ministry has reached many lands, including Norway, the USA, Zambia, South Africa, the Philippines, and DRC Congo.
Through his apostolic leadership, God is raising an end-time intercession army—a movement of prayer warriors who are fanning and spreading the fire of revival in all parts of the world.
